As the 2024 Empire Baseball League season approaches, the North Country Thunderbirds are gearing up to identify fresh talent through their annual post-college tryouts. Scheduled for June 3-4 at the Border Hounds home field in Malone, NY. These tryouts offer a unique opportunity for recent college graduates to showcase their skills and earn a spot on the team.

Tryout Details

The tryouts will be held at the Malone Border Hounds home stadium, with registration to be done online only and event starting at 9:30am-1:30pm. Prospective players are expected to arrive early to complete the registration process and warm up before the evaluation begins at 9:30 AM. The tryouts will include various drills and exercises designed to assess the players’ abilities in hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running.
